Some Naruto Questions.

I think I've read just about all of the manga and seen all of the tv shows but I just can't seem to understand some things. If anyone knows, please do tell me.

1. In the manga they just now revealed that Itachi is going blind, how have people been making fan art joking about it for like, a year now? Did I miss something?

2. How do people know that Sasuke loves eating tomatoes? I've seen several people mentioning that in fan arts on DA but I've never seen a reference to it on the show. The only food I've ever heard him liking was when Sakura said he liked apples (right before he smacked them into her face of course). Again, am I missing something?

3. What does OTP stand for? I imagine that isn't Naruto specific but I've seen it mostly concerning Naruto.
