Rdc249 Resident Evil Part 1

This is something that's always struck me in Resident Evil, does nobody ever take the time to wonder why certain normal people get bit like a thousand times in the course of an adventure and never get turned like everyone else? Also, while people will often joke about the herbs in RE games it never seems to go beyond, "Har har, marijuana is also called an herb." I wanted to raise the level of discourse here.

In case you can't tell, Carla is supposed to be portraying Rebecca Chambers and Tim is portraying Leon Kennedy. I looked it up after starting this comic and apparently these two characters never interacted at all in any of the games. Even in the extended universe novels I think they only sort of share a plane ride at one point before avoiding each other the rest of the book.

Full disclosure, I've never actually played any of the Resident Evil games.
